Contact form. If you send us a message, we collect your name (if given), email address, and the message itself, so we can read it and reply.

Technical data. Like most websites, some limited technical data is processed automatically when you visit. This may include IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and pages visited. This data is not used to identify you personally.

What we collect: your email address and which tool you requested.

Why we collect it: to give you access to the tool you asked for, and to send the TechPhobe newsletter (occasional notes on new tools and builds).

How long we keep it: 24 months from your last interaction, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner.

Who has access: ICET Ltd, trading as TechPhobe. Your email is stored on our own WordPress site. We do not pass it to a third-party email platform.

Your rights: you can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Lawful basis

The lawful basis for giving you the tool you requested is our legitimate interest in delivering what you asked for. The lawful basis for the newsletter is your consent, given when you enter your email to get a tool, knowing it also adds you to the list. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or asking us to remove you.
