Three practical uses
What's included, what isn't, and access notes, in your usual style.
The rule: wording only. Prices come from your price list.
First replies that ask the right questions for your trade, so you're not ringing back for the basics.
The rule: the fewest details you can, never full names or addresses.
Polite, firm reminders that sound like you.
The rule: keep it short and quote the invoice number.
Session formats
£197 a person
Four Tuesday evenings, 7:30pm to 9pm, up to ten trade owners working on their own quotes and enquiries. Runs once six have booked; if it doesn't, you get your money back.
Suits owners happy to learn alongside other trades.
£250
Two hours on your own phone or laptop, working on your own jobs.
Suits one job you want sorted, like quote wording or chasing invoices.
£695 for up to three
The same four sessions, online at times that suit you. One price for one, two or three people.
Suits you with a business partner or a friend in the trade.
£750
Half a day for whoever handles quotes and enquiries, with clear rules on what goes into AI and what stays out.
Suits a team that shares the quotes and enquiries.
Each group has a go-ahead date, shown before you pay. A group runs once six people have booked. If six haven't booked by the go-ahead date, I refund your £197 within 14 days of that date, the same way you paid. Or, if you'd rather not wait, you can switch to the private course for you and up to two others by paying the difference: £498, so £695 in total. Each evening is recorded for the people in that group only.
I'm not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.
Rather have it done for you?
If you'd rather not learn it, I set the AI side up with your job software: saved instructions that draft quote wording and first replies in your words, ready on your phone. Priced with the rest of the set-up, fixed before I start.
Once you've parked after a visit, record a voice note about the job. It's typed out, the wording is drafted from your saved instruction, and the price comes from your price list. You read it, then it goes to the customer.

No. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can do this. Everything is shown on your own phone first.
Whichever you already have: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. I teach on Claude. The free plan is enough to start; a paid plan is optional. I'll also show you how to stop your chats being used to train it.
Yes, if you keep full names and addresses out of general AI assistants. A first name and postcode area is enough for the wording, and customer records stay in your job software.
No, and it shouldn't. AI can add up wrongly and hasn't seen your costs. Prices come from your own price list.
Yes. I set it up for you as part of a job software set-up, including Van Note Quotes. See what gets set up.
